 Verified Quality of massage depends on the massager I leave a review only for GOOD or BEST, and it's my first complaint ever. Worst massage ever. Massager was a VERY beginner and she doesn't know how to massage, not having an experience or knowledge to control her tempo, touch and pressure. With that being said, it was not a relaxing time but a awakening time for whole 2 hours making my body nervous and tensed. I don't want to blame her as it is not her fault and I know she did her best. She was really nice, kind and lovely.However, I have to say the SPA should train and coach their employees a lot more and make them professional, before they give a service to real customer.  All the blame should go to the manager who is responsible to run this spa. Therapy music was quite annoying (depends on people). Please do not expect bath tube will look beautiful as much as the picture. Rather, I was afraid of its cleanness.

 Verified Doppelt so teuer wie im spa Wir haben ein Paket gebucht im spa mit massage und scrub usw, allerdings war der Preis direkt im spa gebucht die Hälfte von dem was wir bezahlt haben. Die Massage war nicht besonders gut und der scrub wurde eingetragen und einfach wirken lassen für 20 min was reine Zeitverschwendung war. Wenn ihr das bucht dann direkt im spa.

 Verified False advertising This is false advertising. The picture use is not even for this spa it is for a spa in Ubub. I was under the impression it was for one spa onjy to realise it is for another on the other part of the island

 Verified Magical Amazing! Beautiful and peaceful all around. Staff really made you feel at home. The hard work of all the staff is very much appreciated. My brothers and I left feeling better than ever.
